Thanks - Shot with NEX-7 and the Sony E 35mm 1.8 lens. I dialed down the clarity a bit in LR to give it a softer look. It was very inviting.

Just got back from a trip out West that included an 8 hour drive through Eastern New Mexico and Western Texas. There isn't much there - you could drive for an hour in the middle of the day and not see another car.
One of the "towns" we drove through...
I was never so scared to run out of gas. Luckily, as our gauge was dropping towards a 1/4 tank, we came across a station that wasn't boarded up.
We did pass through Roswell, but didn't see any UFOs
