(1) In your flickr account go to and view the picture you want to share
(2) Above the image find the "share" button/drop-down and click it
(3) Click the "Grab HTML/BBCode" option
(4) Near the bottom find the size menu and set the size you want to display on the forum. Usually the "Large 1024" is as big as you need to go
(5) Also near the bottom select "BBCode"
(6) The code to display your image here will be in the text box under the heading "Copy and paste the code below", copy it and paste it here.

The code will look something like this :

The image will show up here, like this:

That's it. You do not need to do anything special in the forum, don't use the "insert image" button, etc - just paste the code and any text you want to add. Flickr TOS requires you provide a link back to your flickr page, their code does that automatically.
