I'd bet money that they are widening the far right hand toll lane for the busses. The reason I say this is at least once a month a Bus hits, bumps or otherwise scrapes something against that entry point. It's a costly problem both from a bus repair perspective but also due to the paperwork and mandatory drug testing for the drivers any time there is an accident.
There were a bunch of permits the other day for a small cell system at various parks and resorts. Small cells are used to improve wireless service especially inside buildings.

ATS is usually A.utomatic T.ransfer S.witch, which changes the source of power in the event of an outage (to a generator, etc)
In this context that also makes sense.

Yes, there is an existing building. Not sure what it is currently used for.
They're currently prepping for the new moveable stages that they'll work on installing after SWAGFFA goes down for two weeks.
Looks like a bunch of permanent infrastructure for the Food and Wine kiosks.

Can you please stop posting replies like this at least to my posts? They do not add to the conversation and while I can't speak for others, I personally do not find them humorous or even interesting.
I thought it was funny.
On a serious note, I wonder what they are actually doing? We saw permits earlier in the year for a bunch of the kiosks with addresses backstage, I assume where they are stored. Now we have more permits for the onstage locations.

There was a South Florida Water Management District permit filed today for "Port Orleans Flavor Lab Parking Expansion" The green area at the top is where the new parking will go. Port Orleans is on the left.
50 more permits filed this week for small cell wiring at various locations.
It might not be for GMR, I have seen that address used for other things. The Woody and Buzz M&G for example.
