Interesting that the name comes back to an arts and crafts store whose website will not load.

I don't know if Icarus has ever had an actual web site, but they have done work for Disney in the past. The recently did the turret tops for the castle additions in the hub, showsets for the Hanger Bar, and they often build the new kiosks for the Food and Wine Festival.

Orlando is part of the South Florida Water Management District. You can see from this map that the district extends up into central florida along the Kissimmee River so it includes that Kissimmee River watershed.
