I don't know if Icarus has ever had an actual web site, but they have done work for Disney in the past. The recently did the turret tops for the castle additions in the hub, showsets for the Hanger Bar, and they often build the new kiosks for the Food and Wine Festival.

Orlando is part of the South Florida Water Management District. You can see from this map that the district extends up into central florida along the Kissimmee River so it includes that Kissimmee River watershed.

This one of the reasons I love Disney... because this type of sentence is so outrageous, yet so normal it almost goes unnoticed. I am certain if I filed a permit for that at my local government, a few people would be concerned. Lol!
