If this is the case, and it makes sense, since there are so many small projects and owners, contractors, and leasees at Disney Springs vs a theme park expansion, then does the number of permits filed have any real relevance? Would it be more of an indication of maintenance expenditures rather than overall development and activity at the parks?
I guess what I am asking is... does the drop, or steady drop in permits over the last few years lead to any conclusions as to what it all means?
Even the Disney park of Disney Springs was broken up into smaller permits, and then there were additional permits beyond that for fitting out various spaces for the tenants.
I just post these numbers for fun, I leave it to everyone else interpret them or twist them to suit their own personal agenda.
