They did. But thankfully it’s bounced back. As of this month the same can’t be said of WDI sadly.

They have not bounced back to pre-pandemic levels. They too are trying to make fewer people do more.

UC is also experience folks actually leaving at an appropriate time (5pm), instead of plowing through until the late hours of the day like pre-pandemic. So, they have less people working less hours (which, hey, I think folks SHOULD leave at 5pm). It takes months for hiring to happen and whenever a box finally opens, it's another few months just to get someone in that position. I've said it before and I'll say it again: Epic Universe is the theme park built on the backs off revolving door interns.

Not to mention their own leadership swapping that's happening.

It wasn’t concrete or chunks. Most of the exterior finish of the door portal delaminated from the studs.
