Now WAIT JUST A SECOND!! I was at Boma this past Christmas Eve 2017 and they didn't have these totally adorable little goodies (well, except for the Zebra Domes, of which I had about 6.) Was this taken in 2017?

Those look almost too good to eat, though I would find a way

It's called Le Sphere - chocolate ice cream with hard chocolate around it, setting on chocolate cake, and a warm chocolate sauce poured on - wow!

That is the most beautiful thing that I have ever laid my eyes upon.

Ahhhh....unfortunately, no. This was when I was there for my honeymoon, December 2015. They had all KINDS of these cute little treats!

That is the most beautiful thing that I have ever laid my eyes upon.

It actually was a perfect sphere of chocolate till they poured the warm sauce on it and caved it in. My only regret was that it came at the end of a big meal. I was so stuffed, but I couldn't stop my fork from shoving more chocolatey goodness in my face!

Is the sauce under the rolls? I can't see any

It's the entire center section, under the bread crumbs. It took me awhile to figger it out, as it's usually spread across the sushi. Still good, but just a little different.

It was just a small change, so I was OK with it. Believe me, if they mess with the Spicy Kazan Roll they're gonna hear from me!
