I think it looks amazing! Have I ever mentioned how delicious Kimonos (Swan) Hamachi Kama (Yellowtail Collar) is? I'm thinking you will like it.

Woahh I just looked that up and I've never seen anything like it! I would love to try...never been to any of the Swan or Dolphin restaurants before!

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be on the menu at the moment! Such is the pain of eating at signature restaurants...the menus can be ever-changing!

You are in for a treat! Its such a great appetizer and can even be an entree. The Dolphin and Swan have some of the best kept secrets when it comes to dining on property so be sure to check them out. Here's a few of my favorites:
