France:
Escargot ~ This was actually my first experience with Escargot. Turns out, I am not a fan. The bread it came in was nice though, it was fresh, and essentially soaked in garlic butter. The Escargot itself was kind of slimy and chewy and salty. Not good.
Pomegranate Sparkling Drink thing ~ This was my wife's drink, I didn't even take a sip. She loved it though.

Ireland:
Lobster and Scallop Fisherman's Pie ~ Excellent dish. This was my first time having any kind of Fisherman's pie, So I am not sure how authentic it was. But I do know it was delicious.
Chocolate Lava Cake w/Baily's Ganache ~ Awesome. By far the best dessert offering of the entire Festival. The only issue I had with it was the size. It may not be easy to tell from the picture, but it was essentially a bite and a half of cake. A very tasty bite and a half though.

I know I'm late to reply but--I was about to be all WAT, you just started liking chocolate?! before I remembered I just started liking peanut butter. Ah, the miracles of changing tastes. It's like a whole new world has opened up to you, huh?
Now back to the food ...
