penne vodka from Mama Melrose. sounds ordinary but the pancetta and sweet onions really made it stand out.

Yes their cobbler whether it's peach, Apple, etc is always delicious!! We had peach on our Oct trip. Last time it was apple last year when we went a few weeks later that fall. And one time we had blueberry i think. :)

Did you get the lobster roll at BoardWalk Bakery, too? That's funny it's not on the menu at CHH, but you can ask for it, though.

No we never made it to The Boardwalk Bakery sadly. We went on the Boardwalk briefly but totally forgot to go try the lobster roll there. Darnit! Lol.
Oh and since they use lobster for the seafood Mac and cheese at CHH I guess they figure they can still offer the lobster roll that so many love there. We knew it had been taken off the menu (earlier this year sometime) but went in there and saw people with one so we asked and sure enough they said yep you can still order it. We were so happy! Lol. Disney has been known to do that before in our experiences with items that don't appear on menus anymore. Like at Jiko for about 2 years after they changed the filet to not include their famous Mac and cheese you could still order it even though it was nowhere on the menu. Now being it was asked for so much and people were still ordering it that way they have updated the current menu to have a notation saying you can substitute to get the Mac and cheese with your filet. :)

Bummer you missed it! Much better than CHH, IMHO. I had it a couple times during our trip, although would have loved to have it every day! :hungry::hungry::hungry:

CHH was loaded I mean loaded with lobster!! You had to eat a lot of it with a fork before you could even think to eat it like a sandwich!! They were even better than I remembered them! So we did eat it several times and could have everyday as well. I need to try Boardwalk's though next trip!! I always forget certain things I said I would try or we run out of time even though we are there 2 weeks! Crazy I know! Lol :)


Oh and yes totally forgot to take 90% of pics of our delicious food!! :hungry::oops::oops:

Don't remember what they both are called this moment
Also I had the filet which was delicious and the hubby had the wagyu beef also delicious. And for our appetizers we had the meatballs a fave if ours and another face the spicy Kazan roll and we're just as good as always!! No pics of all of these sorry. :)

Just looked I had the Chocolate pudding cake and the bottom pic is the homemade fritters (banana) :)
