Here are the Derby Sliders: Wagyu Beef with Gouda, bacon, and avocado on the left. Duck confit with chipotle slaw and taleggio cheese on the right

The Crispy Bites include Parm/goat cheese risotto sticks, Brie cheese, and Blue Affine-Mushroom Arancini. Each had a dipping sauce.

Sept 26th Tequila Pairing Lunch. We enjoy La Hacienda at epcot but would be over the moon if the food was a great on a regular visit as it is when they do the tequila pairing lunch.

yes it is . There wasn't anything that wasn't really good but I could drink a gallon of the soup. It was a cream roasted pepper (pablano I think) soup...and I don't really like things like stuffed peppers or peppers on a sandwich or pizza lol. Oh such a yummy afternoon.
