I saw him at DAK in early May over in CMM. He walked right past me.

There's usually only one Meeko out per day at DAK, so he might be "off" during some times, but he's out every day. He's usually in the Oasis (park entrance) area.

This Picture was taken in Spring 2007. I saw he again Spring 2008, but I didn't get a picture. He went back in to "eat a snack."
Now with the cut backs Disney has made to their staff this year, I haven't seen him since. I just got back from Disney World this May. It was much harder to find characters this year. Plus no one is going on that terrible ride they call Journey into Imagination. The older one was better. There wasn't a lot of traffic by the ride, therefore no need to bring out figment. If you do go to Disney World. Walk up the left side of the Imagination ride where the water fountains are that everyone tries to catch the jumping water. There should be a sign with figments meet and greet times. If there is no sign, there's no figment that day.

Actually, Figment is gone. He was removed from Epcot altogether.
