Pre-Trip WDW A Solo Story

So here we go again I am 3 months out from my next trip to WDW. It has been 5 years since the last one so time for a Pre-Trip Report !

The Who, Me, Myself and I

The When, 2nd of Oct to 16th for 2 weeks of the Disney Bubble flying with Virgin Atlantic from Heathrow for the first time.

The Where, Pop Century again in a preferred room like the last trip

The Why, Star Wars baby ! When I was there in 2017 Galaxy's Edge was still under construction and so it is time for me to go visit and get myself a Lightsaber (or 2 or 3)

The Plan, 2 weeks of the Disney bubble no outside trips to Universal or Kennedy or Seaworld just 14 days of Disney where I will try and do some of the things that I have never done.

Obviously these days you need to pre book the parks so I have done just that the Holiday Begins and Ends here

Because you know Star Wars.

The rest of the trip will be MK. AK, Epcot and DS with repeat trips to all.

Magic Kingdom 3 Visits.

Hollywood Studios 3 Visits.

Animal Kingdom 3 Visits.

EPCOT 2 Visits.

Disney Springs 2 Visits.

Obviously these plans may change depending on Weather etc.

Small boring update time lol

Been ordering some bits and pieces for the Hols (Mainly Underwear and socks and some new shorts) as I like new and fresh for going away with

We seem to have similar travel schedules. I was there last in 2017 and will be going back Oct 11-21 (pushed back two years - thanks Covid)! My son is also very interested in Star Wars and wants to build his own light saber. We have 6 Disney days but will also be trying to squeeze in 2 Universal days (huge HP fans so it is a must) and a trip to Seaworld where we have never been. Can't wait -hopefully our passports come in time

Another small update just got myself a VPN ready to get Savi's Workshop etc

Possibly looking at a new Suitcase, need to get into the loft and look at my current one to see what condition its in, otherwise I have a couple of potential choices

Hilariously the Winnie the Pooh case is classed as Children's but is the same size as a normal adult case lol

We have the Mickey and Minnie ones and would recommend them.

Plus I vote Mickey.

Yes we bought them in the states in 2015 and they have done multiple trips and cruises since.

I vote Mickey. Just because I think it’ll be easier to spot on the luggage carousels.

I love Pooh - always my favorite. But @Back!Elbow!Shoulders! Has a great point about being able to spot Mickey easily! I’m torn, but would purchase Pooh if I had to choose for myself.

Update time 70 days out ! and Tomorrow I can start booking things like Savi's (The most important thing for this trip!) Also if you have not voted for the case for me to take there is a link above Mickey is currently winning.

So the app is a big fat liar, says I can book things like Savi's but when I go to do it the date range is still in Sept.

Just a quick Case update. I hate to report that I will no longer be getting a new case. Just got my current one out of the loft to look it over and its in perfectly fine condition so I don't really see the point of buying a new one.
