I fear if there is a new script the ride won't be so unique every time you ride. We normally ride it 3 or 4 times during our trip, but if everyone will be saying the same thing whats the point? I would love to see it more like the Genie in the Aladdin show at DCA where they can throw in their own lines & jokes.

There has always been a set script. The skippers just ad/lib some jokes. I wouldn't expect that to change.

Good to hear Sir! I wouldn't expect an AA upgrade since all that water would not be good for the figures (but perhaps ones that do not get into contact with water could be upgraded).

(Actually, I always loved the Pier....)

Me too! I was just saying over in the World of Color thread that California Screamin' is pretty much the best coaster ever...

Paradise Pier is getting awesome-er not FINALLY awesome from my standpoint.

Should I guess that you haven't ridden very many coasters, Servo? :lookaroun

I'm sorry, it may not be an "extreme" coaster, but Screamin' has a great layout, ride time, music, and has an AMAZING location.

When you get up there and can see the mountains, and even Disneyland and the Matterhorn below...priceless.

My rather modest coaster count stands at right around 100, and I would put Screamin' in my top 10.

Agreed. For those reasons, plus it looks simply amazing at night, Screamin' is one of my favorites.

On a vaguely related WDI note, I just heard that Tim Delaney has left.
That kinda sucks....:(
I am not sure whether to be sad (TL94' DLP Space Mountain) or happy (Sunshine Plaza' Original Paradise Pier.).
