Way back when... the entrance to Tomorrowland used to have two giant towers/spiers that had waterfalls/waterwalls that were pretty cool.
I loved those! Vintage TL is sooo pretty!

Speaking of, in the category 'lost waterfalls of TL':
If You had Wings (a video, but hold that thought! it had people dancing in them. Such iconic vintage MK!)
Skyway building
CircleVision (if video counts)

FL:
20K
Skyway
Peter Pan ( :p )
Cinderella Castle mosaic, if 'gushing mountain stream' counts.

Oh, yeah. There is a video of a waterfall inside the three amigos boat ride in Mexico with people diving off into the water below also.

Don't forget Norway. They have a waterfall that is currently hidden behind a wall. The trolls are gonna drop you over those falls!

What used to be as mentioned above

As a kid, I remember these more than the castle. The hub was actually surrounded by large trees (oaks, I think) and the castle wasn't as prominently viewed as now. Those towers were awesome! Really made you think you were walking into a different realm. Kinda looks like something out of the Lord of the Rings series of movies.

The tomorrowland station of the skyway buckets also had a similar waterwall without a large tower. The tiled waterwall stayed for quite some time after the buckets were eliminated.
