Is true! If they don't start selling until 3 PM ET today, it's still not "earlier than 6:00 AM"!!
The Disney Incredi-Pass, Disney Sorcerer Pass and Disney Pirate Pass will resume new sales and can be purchased online no earlier than 6:00 AM Eastern Time on April 20, 2023.
The quantity of passes will be limited and passes, or a pass type, may become unavailable for purchase at any time

Drat. I'm gonna hafta get my passes from a third party reseller for $7,500 each.

So did they mean EST or EDT. I am leaning towards EST.
You would think they would want to avoid 7am, as that is a high load time with MDX.

We've both been in the game long enough to know TDO does questionable nonsense.
We had this same idea last week. Different pic, but then eventually you will get to a page where it will give you an estimate of a countdown. You hang out there, but when the minutes left shows up, pay attention. That went very quickly for me. Started 5:58 am, pass bought 9:51 am. Our website crashed first however. This one looks better. Good luck everyone.
