I was able to get someone on chat, and they have no idea what time. She said 'at any moment'...

It was 6am last week for the DVC Sorcerer Pass.

I’ve gotten so used to ILLs being exactly at 7 I just assumed this would open similarly promptly, but I suppose this is too much to hope for.
