Listen... let me figure out a way that you may be able to understand. There's a HUGE difference between a fan who goes to enjoy the parks, loves Disney, and wants to see it continue to succeed and a fanatic that only wants things to be created for them to enjoy and could care less whether or not it's a success.

Both of those "fans" can be considered to be a dweeb, but I would hope that you can understand the difference. I'll be sure to spell out exactly the group that I'm referring to in the future if that will help you. I'm sorry that you feel the need to continue trying to cause an issue where there is none. I would hate to put you on ignore.

Lets just end it now and go on with the thread ok.


I think the statue is very nice. I would buy it if I could afford it but at the moment I can't, so I won't. Fans will probably flock to get this, and it could be the whte flag to Disney that is need for something to happen.

Something doesn't seem to add up...When they said Dreamfinder is returning.......I'm only hoping it's NOT just this statue! Cuz if they did this.......were gonna see some sad fandamonium...Please let this be more than what it really is! I want to see Dreamfinder again!

There is a RUMOR that Dreamfinder may appear in a new version of JII, but nothing is certain yet. This thread is about a special event where you can purchase the piece of art in the OP. The two are separate, but some think this event may lend more credence to the rumor.

You are right about this in the sense that it is a rumor. Some things have been confirmed within the different circles, but not everything. The event could just be a fan event or it could be more...but we will have to wait and see.

As far as I know, absolutely nothing has been confirmed... it's just rumor and speculation. :wave:

The closure will come when Jedi (and others) learn how to read and understand a post without getting all tore up over nothing. Go back and read the first page of this thread and then find my first post... it had absolutely nothing wrong in it. And then the goofs started. And yet I still kept it straight until the babbling took over.

I think I understand what Wannabe is saying... All he is saying is that just because Dream Finder comes back to JII does not mean the ride will be any good.... If Disney can make JII a great attraction again, and Dream Finder is part of that, then awesome.... But just sticking Dream Finder into the current edition of the ride will not make this ride great and attract the crowds... but, a new, innovative ride would.. with or without Dream Finder..

I hope Dream Finder comes back too... But I also want to see JII made into one heck of an attraction, and not a quick fix job...

Trust me, I noticed, he and I can't every stray away from an arguement when we are on a thread together. You know, I once heard from a friend that "People who argue non-stop about the same thing, have the same ideas, just a different way of saying it..."

Once again, we all acknowledge that and accept it. The truth is that an attraction is only good if the people like it. The only reason I feel that the Dreamfinder would help the ride is if they brought him back into the ride with a strong storyline-and that they wouldn't alter the character's appearance or personality to fit the story. A ride is what it is made to be, and we accept that. A ride can be great if it is made to be. Effort needs to be apparant for a ride to be amazing and we haven't seen a real effort in this pavilion since Epcot opened. Thats it... That is the sad truth.

Yeah, we all get the point -- but that doesn't mean he has to make fun of jedi's superhappyfunmancrush on DF in every other post. And DF -- get over it. We know you like the guy -- and not everybody shares that idea. I have a DF mickey... but it's not like changing the castle to Minnie's Castle at MK. DF isn't soul of the attraction -- Figment is and will always be. We always say, and have said, "Let's ride Figment" and that's the name of the ride. Nothing else. Not Dreamfinder, not DF and Figment. It's "Figment". DF was a great intro to figment.. and would bring back a more childish sense of wonder to the attraction, but not everybody is obcessed with him. It's not like DF is running for office. You don't have to sell everybody on his good works! As far as I know, there are no tax breaks for the Evangelical Church of Dreamfider. But anyways.. I was just saying Jedi is obcessed and wannab is aloof. You are just poking him wannab -- so let it go.. or don't because after all, you are free to do as you choose. Well... based on the email you sent out to the subscribers to your site -- which I'm not -- you said the following:

We would like you to understand that the project hasn’t been completely green lit, nor has it been officially announced. We expect both to happen within the next few months when the pavilion will go down for a maintenance rehab. If the project is green lit, we don’t expect the pavilion to re-open from this rehab. All of the information was already present on this forum... I didn't ask for you to send me the information in the first place so if you want something private, don't send it unsolicited. In any event, you sent that information out in an email to all subscribers of your site, so it's public domain. Report away... it doesn't bother me! :wave:

It's yet another example that you want to feel self-important, yet you have said two different things to different audiences. There are several other examples in this forum where you claim to have information about 'future plans' and yet it's totally unsubstantiated. If you don't want to be called out over your lack of proof, don't post it in the first place.

That would be nice. I love the blacklights in that ride, but they don't really do anything in this version.
