Walls are down at Space Mountain

The construction walls are down from around both Space Mountain and the Skyway restrooms. There's still a wall farther back between the back corners of the entrance and restroom structure. They have at least two or three Cast Members stationed out front, and there's been a couple of managers off and on.

Yep I understand the situation is that they are aiming for limited previews this week, but there are some issues remaining.

Yes indeed they are!

Disney would not tear down those walls and then pay all those hourly CM's to stand around all day if they did not have imminent plans to re-open.

(Usually they replace the construction walls with dense landscaping planters during a "soft opening" to limit access without the need for a human chain of CM's.)

However, did SM's walls go up right away when it was closed in April? Or did those show up later?

As far as I know, the plan is still to do a small soft opening today. I haven't heard otherwise yet.
