"water from a local spring"
Would that be Altamonte Springs?

For some reason I was thinking this was going to be a quick serve type restaurant, kinda like the cantina was across from Mexico. Anyway I hope its better than Tutto Italia.
I had it in my head also that it was going to be counter service.
Tony's serves a fabulous Chicken Parm at that!!! My GF claims it's the best chicken Parm she's ever had!

I lived there once upon a time! The others I remember are Wekiwa Springs (6th grade camp out), Rock Springs (tubing w/friends), and Blue Springs (when we went swimming we joked that the name came from the color you are when you get out of the water...lol).

I second that!! The chicken parm at Tony's is incredible!!
I also thought it would be counter service, I feel like I actually read that somewhere at one point.
I am a little disappointed that it will be table service. In my opinion, Italy could have used a counter service and I am confused why they would open another table service when Italy already has one.
I love table service restaurants, but I was hoping to try this in October when we went because I was under the impression it would be counter. We have the dining plan and we always do a counter service during lunch time and I was really wanting to try something new in the world showcase and unfortunately I don't really like Mexican food so we won't be going to the new one in Mexico.
