"water from a local spring"

Would that be Altamonte Springs?
:)

I lived there once upon a time! The others I remember are Wekiwa Springs (6th grade camp out), Rock Springs (tubing w/friends), and Blue Springs (when we went swimming we joked that the name came from the color you are when you get out of the water...lol).

Don't forget Zephyrhills! They actually do offer a bottled version . . .

I also thought it would be counter service, I feel like I actually read that somewhere at one point.
I am a little disappointed that it will be table service. In my opinion, Italy could have used a counter service and I am confused why they would open another table service when Italy already has one.
I love table service restaurants, but I was hoping to try this in October when we went because I was under the impression it would be counter. We have the dining plan and we always do a counter service during lunch time and I was really wanting to try something new in the world showcase and unfortunately I don't really like Mexican food so we won't be going to the new one in Mexico.

I was really wishing for it to be a counter service. I am kind of surprised and disappointed. It would have been great to be able to grab a slice while touring the World Showcase. :(

Maybe because the one they have now stinks!

I miss Alfredo's!
