Somewhere, somebody is living their life. Likely not even remembering this single post. Not knowing that they have become an icon to so many people.

I would love to find that person, and show them the lasting fame that they have unwittingly achieved.

It's absolutely remarkable, isn't it? She's clueless to the impact she's made on an entire community. It's kind of like a kid running through a park and stepping on an anthill in his path. Completely clueless to the impact he's had on an entire ecosystem of ants, yet so impactful. Except in this case it was a positive impact.

OK.... So.... I contacted Walt Disney World to enquire about THE ANNUAL KATIEBUG CELEBRATION! I told them that several of my WDWMAGIC friends were going to gather at Cosmic Ray's on March 6. They all acted like they did not know what I was talking about. It sounded like they were rolling their eyes at me. After getting transferred multiple times they finally hooked me up with the manager at Cosmic Ray's... Sam. Sam did nothing. Sam did not offer to give us reservations. Sam did not offer me free dining at another location. Sam talked down to me and did not offer an apology.
I ask to talk to someone higher up. I got transferred to Winston. He was also no help. I told him what had happened with Cosmic Ray's. He said he has never heard of THE ANNUAL KATIEBUG CELEBRATION! He didn't care at all. I told him I was an Executive Vice President. Well, I'm not an Executive Vice President. But I am a WDWMAGIC poster! I think I heard him roll his eyes. So... folks.... I tried. Anybody got any backup plans for THE ANNUAL KATIEBUG CELEBRATION! ..?
