Amen to that! NOW you're talking! ;) Being a huge fan of both... I'd take either one! ;)

It'd surprise me to see a Stargate attraction at Universal though, considering that Stargate is an MGM production.

True, but the SciFi chaneel which has the first run rights for both Stargate TV shows is a Universal Company.

Watching it as we speak.....:D

LOL! I wish I were! Unfortunately I get the East Coast feed, even though I'm on the West Coast... so by the time I get home from class, the daily rerun is over. :(

Jack + Sam 4eva! :lookaroun

Is this going to be anything like Tomb Raider at PKI?
Not even close. Tomb Raider is a Huss Top Spin in a building. ROTM is a classic dark ride mixed with a high speed launching coaster all with incredible theming. Couldn't be any more different.

Thanks for the clarification. Even though I am a Passholder at PKI, I have not ridden it. I do assume that RnRC is similar to Outer Limits Flight of Fear, being a launch type coaster.

I've always thought the wormhole sequence (note: the longer movie/early series version) would make a great ride.......:zipit:

That would make a very cool ride!! Or maybe some big space battle with the Goa'uld. (including a trip through the Gate of course... wouldn't be right without it! :))

I think I'm done spoiling my surprises. I have one scene left out of the ride I don't know about. I'm just about done ruining my own fun. So I'm going to call it quits from now on, on basic secrets.

I will be in orlando from March 20-27.
think there is a chance it will be open?

Don't get your hopes up. With the grand opening in May, and AP Previews in late April, there probably won't be soft openings until mid-April at the earliest I would suppose.

In my opinion MGM is the one who is running behind USO. I mean MGM has what 2 thrill rides? Rockin' RollerCoaster and Tower of Terror? and hasn't exactly put a new thrill ride in yet. USO is now in the process of revamping its sleepy little town theme park image. Plus in my opinion the Mummuy will never die!
