All very interesting to see coming to life. Are they still planning on adding the secret life of pets dark ride either in universal or in epic? Just wondered if that was still on the table anywhere.

Surely it could go into Studios. But not sure the franchise is doing that well to warrant going forward - seen as the second only made half the first (although it still made big numbers). It actually fits a much needed landscape for the studios - as it doesn't rely on screen and isn't a coaster.

You're in luck!
Err...maybe something more modern than 1956?

Anyway, I really wish that Universal could completely buy the rights to the Wizarding World that includes film production and distribution. Seeing how mismanaged WB is and how they completely destroyed their own DC universe, Universal must be frustrated that they can't continue the HP/WW brand effectively. I mean, NBCUniversal now owns TV rights to the films.

To be fair, Dracula Untold & del Toro's Wolfman didn't exactly set the world on fire either. They just haven't had any luck rebooting these franchises.
There was also Van Helsing. And Monster Squad.
There's a rich tradition of failing to reboot the Universal Monsters
edit- upon further review Monster Squad was not an official Uni joint, my mistake
