I'm confused. Are they trying to make the building more obvious with the way the coloring of the paneling?
They are going to add some trees to obscure the building from some angles.
But, it's a Tron building, are we not supposed to see it?
Where are the cycles supposed to be heading off to anyway?
It's the big box behind the blue canopy that needs to be hidden in plain sight.
How out of place is it for the cycles to enter a silver box?
Well, I would guess that that sentence has never been uttered before in the history of the universe.... So.... rare.
But honestly, I'm not being sarcastic.
Where would they be going?
I'm not sure what your take on this is...
The ride will have a pretty blue canopy and a big ol' box.
Lot of people are upset with seeing the box from certain places both in and out of the park.
Are you of the mindset you don't mind the box, or, you want the box to be unseen?
You seem to be missing what I'm asking.
The box of Expedition Everest needs to be themed as Mt. Everest, because the ride is supposed to be a train travelling up Everest.
Where are Tron Cycles going? I'm asking because I really don't know. I only saw a bit of the first film and none of the second.

Because Disney thinks Chinese people are too stupid to understand the concept of an indoor roller coaster.I can surmise it was done to look cool and so guests can see the ride from the outside.
That's not really it, but there is a cultural component of needing to see the ride. They talk about this on the Imagineering Story regarding Hong Kong's Space Mountain.Because Disney thinks Chinese people are too stupid to understand the concept of an indoor roller coaster.

That’s not exactly a reliable source. That's not really it, but there is a cultural component of needing to see the ride. They talk about this on the Imagineering Story regarding Hong Kong's Space Mountain.
It is indeed very true. During peak seasons (esp Chinese New Year) the Hong Kong Space greeters would bring a portable mic and speaker and yell "roller coaster inside" in Mandarin. That's not really it, but there is a cultural component of needing to see the ride. Once inside the show building, guests are inside the computer.Yes, I know - but what should it be? Honest question, because I don't know Tron.
How out of place is it for the cycles to enter a silver box?
So the ride is IN THE COMPUTER?Once inside the show building, guests are inside the computer.
But the fact that the show building is visible from the outside is just plain bad design, as the building itself isn’t part of the storyline of the ride.
End of Line
