Ah, I didn't even think of that. Isn't something like 90 degrees often the cut off?The weather, including high temperatures, can have a big impact on doing concrete work.

I would say that the next 8 weeks are probably the hardest to get construction done in Florida. Too hot to work by 11 am and a risk of washout conditions any given day. My family used to take trips to the swamps in August; definitely cemented my decision to never live full time in Central Florida. The weather, including high temperatures, can have a big impact on doing concrete work.

I have no idea what "barnacles" means, i havent seen Spongebob in a while and dont have time to read back over loads of a forum, to see what youre all arguing about. My bad, I guess it’s more like 2000 not 2400. Curse whoever was peddling 2400!
Dagnabbit!
Barnacles!
It took 3 months to put a railing on the castle walkway once....They just need the next week to finish those walls. Perhaps, two. After that, apart for the slab on the plaza which might take time depending weather, there are no more structural work to be done on this project… only paint, grass, railing along the path, perhaps tiles, and finish the canopy.. of course still a lot, but no more concrete needed anywhere.. unless I miss something.

Finally, someone with some sense. Not many of you around these days lol.I think people mistakenly believe that the pace of construction is driving when this will open, but it's likely the other way around, Disney knows when they want to open it and that is driving he pace of construction.

Wait, you don't believe the 5 year plans for Disney World attraction builds are sitting out in the open of the Polynesian cast member break room? What a skeptic.Sorry, but you lost me right there.
Sounds a little fishy..

That’s how the Pirates and Splash tunnels are, along with Main Street and Frontierland Station.looks like they're going to mount directly into the concrete instead of fill the bed with gravel & lay it down on composite ties.

The rails are not in their permanent position. They just have them sitting there at the moment.Does anyone else think those tracks look too far apart? Or is it just the photo making it look that way?
