What does "Including conduit for air to inflate the roof panels." mean?
This should explain a bit about the roof panels and the need for inflation.

Interesting, I always assumed they were solid plastic/glass panels.

My hope's still on an arcade since they got ride of the one at Space, and it would fit pretty perfectly with the IP. Sure, a it could be a gift shop or a corporate lounge, but my money is on a replacement arcade.
If they don't have this in a potential arcade then they really don't know what they are doing.

Do they really need a restroom when there are easily accessible ones near either approach to the ride? It also is positioned so as to not be easily accessed if you are approaching the ramp headed for the ride. I’d guess it’s a gift shop or not for guests.
If this is increasing the total capacity of the park there could be a need for additional toilets to meet minimum requirements. There are also maximum travel distance requirements and the layout of the walkways could place those existing facilities too far away.
