Time for the visible disco balls to go.Just fixing what they have would be a start.

They’re relatively new.Time for the visible disco balls to go.
I want to know the full list. Please share thine knowledge. They’re relatively new.
They need a clean. And burnt out motors replacing. And burnt out bulbs replacing. And selective masking.
Don’t get me started on the rest.

I wrote a list out a few weeks ago somewhere else here. Top of my head...I want to know the full list. Please share thine knowledge.

Preshow one windows lighting
Preshow two numerous broken props, misaligned or burnt out lights

Load ceiling projections missing
Load ceiling starfields inoperable
Load backlit signs broken
First brakes signs broken
Both lifts signs broken
Alpha lift wall lighting partly broken
Omega lift wall lighting fully broken
Both lifts control booths lighting broken
Both lifts control windows windows flithy
Both lifts launch displays broken
Numerous star projectors static or off
Earth gobo projection misaligned
Animated gobo projections bad show (keystone effect)

Again, just off the top of my head. Nothing fan driven, just documented show items that have issues. Some of which have been in this state for a long time.
You might as well send the list to the Santa Yeti.Thanks. It's for my Christmas wish list to Santa Claus. "Please fix..."

Considering some of these issues are over a year old I think it’s high time.Your list tells me and my aerospace engineer brain 2 things:
1. Only perform critical preventative maintenance procedures until complete overhaul is to be conducted.
2. Only perform required periodic maintenance until all parts are high time for replacement.
Considering some of these issues are over a year old I think it’s high time.
Why don't they fix these things at night? It's not hard to replace a speaker or a light bulb or some fresh paint.Considering some of these issues are over a year old I think it’s high time.

Speakers and light bulbs and a dude paid $15 an hour isn't much. There's gotta be something else.
Maintenance techs aren't paid $15 an hour, I don't think.Speakers and light bulbs and a dude paid $15 an hour isn't much. There's gotta be something else.
I think you hit the nail on the head.Maintenance techs aren't paid $15 an hour, I don't think.
Also, it may just be people not caring. People in management roles that don't want to spend capital to improve show when the show is "fine enough as-is." After all - the guest is arriving either way. So what if a bulb is burnt out? (Sarcastic representation of that mindset - not representative of my own)
I agree. Remember that their idea of a "special enhancement" for SM during MNSSHP was simply to turn off all the lights.Maintenance techs aren't paid $15 an hour, I don't think.
