All right all my Trip Reporters.... I need you to hightail it to Disney and make some reports! It's getting too quiet in the trip reports thread. I haven't been able to make it down for a while, but I'm hoping to this Fall.

Meanwhile @mpaulam, @k8einwdw and @ToInfinity have gone MIA….

And ya never know what you’re gonna get from @wdisney9000!

I'm leaning on my Trip Reporters.....is the Contemporary really worth it? Looking at booking in June and Garden Rooms keep coming up in our discussions. I'm not too hip on it....but we've never stayed there so it would be a check mark...

How long of a stay?

So three nights?

I would say yes if one night (or 2) only to check the resort off your list. The garden wing rooms are quite a hike from the main building, bus stop and the walking path to MK.

Riding the monorail requires entering the lobby and escalator/elevator to 4th floor. Quick service is also on the 4th floor so it would be the same.

The pool is fine. Slide is fun. You won’t be able to use BLT pool or amenities however.

If your stay was in the tower, my “yes” would be stronger as that experience is worth it for a once in a lifetime stay.

I am NOT as fan of the Incredibles room retheme but YMMV.

I just watched a quick YouTube and have to say not a fan of the Incredibles decor. Thank you for your insight as always!! I'm going to push harder for another resort we haven't stayed at yet. Maybe OKW or Sarasota....

We stayed in the Garden Rooms in October 2020 (or was it 2021? Whenever it was that they reopened!) and loved it. But it was ‘unprecedented times’ and the parks and resorts were pretty empty!
I would stay there again. Enjoyed the walk to the main building and the food court on the middle floor, watching the monorail & all those headed to Chef Mickey’s go by.
