I'm honestly hyped and excited for all the changes starting to take shape and all the news/photos we've had in the past few weeks.

Why did they opt for that design of the lorry for tram tours? Recently re-watched Cars & thought it would make more sense for them to use the Lorry that transports lightening around.

Because it's the Catastrophe Canyon tanker that used to set on fire repurposed.

look slike a generic modern shopping complex. its cool but damn, why cant they make the disney shopping area super well themed haha beside the money of course. how cool would it be if it was set in midievil times with giant stone works and castles? maybe it wouldnt be cool, i dunno. I just think making the shopping complex a real disney experience in itself would be cool and attract people to go there that arent even going to the park

Its nice and all but yeah just looks like any other modern mall. Was hoping for something more like Disney Springs, with at least a light theme going in.


At least its being worked on and will look less worn out and forgotten.

Agree that more CityWalk/Downtown Disney mall space doesn't elicit any interest/excitement for me. The last time I saw a concept from for a themed RDE Center that got my attention were these unused early concepts for Hyperion Wharf/Electric Waterfront by David Damron:

Something like the Hyperion Wharf with strong theming and a sense of place would have been great in Paris and really made it a destination on its own. Building a bland mall is a lost opportunity especially as there is already one a stop away on the RER

Can somebody confirm if these are really meant for Paris? There is no elevation in Disney Village and it doesn't look like anything that is currently standing. (Unless they are going to demolish the whole place).

I can’t confirm for you, but aren‘t there a few steps down towards the water that is in front of the McDonalds and the bridge (which goes to Earl of Sandwich)?

this concept is indeed that of Paris, we notice the same stairs behind the Rainforest next to the McDonald's which will be destroyed and moved elsewhere.

yes that's for Paris
They will move the McDo and the tent is gonna be gone
