Toy Story Land expansion announced for Disney's Hollywood Studios

Quick question for those who know about construction crews/contract etc. Since Toy Story land will be completed in a little over a month. Is it possible for Disney to use those TSL construction crews on, for example, the Galaxy's Edge project, in an attempt to quicken it's completion date? Disney has many construction projects going on right now - so would any of the completed projects roll in workers of those projects to help finish others? Thanks in advance.
Pretty much, no. Separate projects are separate contracts, even if they are with the same contractor. This extends to the other companies involved like the architect, engineers, scenic vendors, etc. Even internally, separate projects are just that, separate.

Are there gonna be passholder previews for the land? The registration e-mails for Pandora came out two months before the land actually opened, and that ship has sailed.

Disneyland stopped doing free AP previews a year ago when Mission: BREAKOUT! opened and the only preview open to the general public was a $150 upcharge event with hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, entertainment and an 80's dance party with unlimited rides on Mission: BREAKOUT!.

The only AP previews for Disneyland's Pixar Pier and the new Incredicoaster next month are the ridiculously priced $299 premiere party tickets for June 22nd, the night before Pixar Pier opens to the public.

It wouldn't surprise me if WDW has gone with the Disneyland model to new rides and lands and now only offers an upcharge event a day or two before the grand opening. That we haven't heard anything about AP previews yet for Toy Story Land seems to bolster that concept.

Probably not. There aren’t any planned CM previews either. Entertainment was told they won’t be allowed in with out hard hats until 6/26.

Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts. It is the overflow queue that is barren and provides nothing more than views of backstage. It is a embarrassment given all of the work that went into the views and sight lines of the rest of Diagonal Alley.

Not the best showcase in the world, that's for certain. Maybe they figured that they wouldn't need it very often? Still...
