It's MGM until it gets an actual identity.

And that image of MSHI looks a lot cooler than anything we've seen of TSL, nets and all.
Totally get it. Hanging on to "MGM" has got to be painful, though.

All I can say is that CHEAP dog vehicle looks CHEAP! Boy, I was on board with this in '15, even called it a "dark horse," but every pic looks worse than the one before. :(

I disagree. For guests with young children, TSL(including TSMM) will be a big hit.
Yea, I forgot to spell out that this was a tongue in cheek kind of joke. However, that said, when you bring the kids make sure they don't block the pathway cause the force will not be with them.

Probably the coolest rollercoaster vehicle ever made.

Agreed. Hollywood Studios can now lay claim to the two coolest roller coaster cars!

:cautious:

How would this help with those crowds if Pandora didn't put a dent in wait times for 7DMT?
It did. Disney fudges the wait times to make a ride look popular, or sometimes to actually decrease the amount of people waiting for the ride. I walked on Mine Train during the fireworks two weeks ago. That would have never happened two years ago.

It's true :hilarious:. You can only wait in so many 150 minute lines that only take you an hour to get through before you start to question things. And it's a smart tactic on their part!
I certainly agree that sometimes the wait times are lower than whats posted but i don't think its to make them look more popular. If anything its a way to get to people to ride other attractions and spread out the crowds a bit.

Am I the only one who thinks the drops/banks on this coaster look less family-friendly than they made them look in the previews? I mean, I don't have kids but I wonder if this really will be as family friendly as it has been billed.
I've noticed the same thing. On an axis with Barnstormer at one end and EE at the other end, I think this one will be closer to EE. A lot will come down to how fast they run it, which will be largely controlled by how much acceleration comes from the launches. I don't remember having read any solid predictions on what the speed will be (although in 400 pages, I may have missed something).

I agree. Generally it's the latter. I have noticed the former however in the case of the Pandora attractions.

I believe it is more along the lines of customer satisfaction. If it says it's a 30 min wait and you wait 40 minutes people tend to be more upset the. If it's posted as a 50 minute wait and it is only 40 min. Psychology 101. Always error on the side of overestimating. Customers will be happier

It's a combination of all those things. For example, I have waited in line for the Haunted Mansion more than the posted wait times, multiple times, and I've been upset. When the reverse is true for other attractions, I've been very satisfied.

Very loose ballpark figure, but TSL should have a Tower of Terror, a Horizons and a Forbidden Journey for what it's costing.
I can only imagine what we could have gotten with the original TSL budget.
12 Monorails
11 World Showcase Pavilions
10 DVCs
9 Cabanas
8 Mickey Soaps
7 Swan and Dolphins
6 Dead Future World Pavilions
5 Cheap GotG rethemes
4 More rides at DHS (which would actually be double what they have now)
3 Seasonal Festivals at Epcot
2 Happy Bobs
1 Over Budget Avatar Land

Actually it happened in it's second year of existence. During both the nighttime parade (can't speak for the daytime parade) and the fireworks, it was a walk on. You couldn't tell that by the wait time posted which was 45 minutes, but, in actuality it was walk on, ride and walk off.
