Touring the AK

When you tour the AK, do you take a full day to see everything that you can or do you just do a quick run-through just to visit your favorite attractions?

It's unfortunate that many people have a low opinion of the Animal Kingdom. I think the park is a wonderful example of the Disney Magic. There are not a lot of rides, but the park it's self is amazing (with the exception of Dinoland). You really do feel like you're in Africa and Asia. There is so much to see. My wife and I love to go and just hang out there. If you don't take the time to do at least a little exploring outside of the attractions, then you miss out on what the Animal Kingdom is all about.

We spend the entire day there and usually try to get there on an EMH night. We used to just spend about 2 hours there, but we missed so much. We still haven't seen all there is to see.

We get there before the park opens and spend the day. We use to only go there once but now that Expedition Everest is there we go twice. The kids love it, and I love it too. We normally leave after 2:00 and we are able to see everything that we like. Next time, I am staying for the parade and also I want to stay for extra magic hours just to see the park at night. It really is a beautiful place.

We actually spend two days of our trip there. The first is a full day, with the second being most of the day. My daughter's favorite park is AK, she loves it there.
