Tomorrow Land The Movie?

I'm assuming this means the Jungle Cruise movie is still in development hades? Not that I'm holding my breath or anything, just feel like there's probably a better story concept in that one attraction than there is with The Rock as Buck Rogers.

I'm serious, look at the film's concept. It's Buck Rogers with an Astro Orbiter.

Just saying.

Monster's Inc. Stitch Floor

Classic. It's like the perfect storm of bad decisions.

Here are some quick hits on the movie.

This kind of indicates I think that this is going to be a fun adventure style film set in the future. Not a gritty, "Aliens" like future. More of a perfect future where The Rock's character is seen as an alien threat. This film could get kind of dark as well, but not on a heavy duty level. Just my take on this.

Makes me a little more optimistic, but why fool with something that works?

Maybe they will render it in anime :lookaroun

Hmmm. Derogatory Remark that I blindly love anything in an animated medium that others have a cultural stigmata towards...haven't heard that one in awhile.
:snore:

You know I love MST3K, but nobody's ever called me "Cable Television Guy"...Funny how that works.

I agree with this sounds horrible. As a matter of fact, if you watch...

Toy Story, Lilo and Stitch and Monsters inc. Laugh Floor in a movie marathon you have already seen what Tomorrowland is. It was an original future metropolis concept before those came in. (except for maybe buzz, but that was the only movie tie in for a while)

I just don't care for the unorginality that there is to making movies based off of theme park attractions, and now even entire theme park sections.

Why don't we just get Eddie in this instead of The Rock and call it Pluto Nash?

I might get flamed for this. But I really dont see what's wrong with this movie. Somebody mentioned that it has Buck Rogers feel to it. I think thats ok. It may be an old idea but I think you can do things with it. And this is just a story inspired by the concept of Tomorrowland. It's not like they are going to put Space Mountain and Stitch into the movie. At least I dont think they will. :lookaroun
