Completely off topic (sorry Mom!!) but this is our first year with a lawn company so I'm glad I found this out now, LOL.

I think it's totally up to you. I'm not home when they come so I rarely ever see them. But I know they're younger guys and they do a great job, so like I said at the end of a season I try to give them each something.

Well someday, I hope my kid will be my lawn service...His tip will be room and board..minus the overhead of when I have to buy a lawnmower etc., that should be the most cost-effective arrangement. Lol

A groundskeeper only works properly if you have a large acerage. Less than 10 hectares and it's not worth it.
