That's not really true, the model of Toy Story Land that was revealed to the public was accurate to what they built. Toy Story Land did release artwork prior to the design going though (unfortunate) revisions, but then they released updated artwork that reflected the new plans. Similar to Tiana's.
There's no real reason at this point to believe the finalized models and renderings for the TBA exterior will be significantly different from what's built.

I would say the woeful lack of shade and large open expanses of barren concrete would show clearly that more is to be installed.

VERY active site today.
The queue structure is a staircase after all — possibly a direct queue for Lightning Lane.
Another vertical structure near the current exit of the railroad.
Attachment points for (hopefully) string lights in the queue with the radio show.
The walls have been pushed back in multiple places, near the bathrooms and near the future entrance.
Scaffolding is down at the top as @DCBaker mentioned a couple days ago, also now down at the millhouse, and on the side closest to the bathrooms as well. There's more flora on the side now, too.
I wasn't expecting this much progress in just a few days, but it's a very welcomed sight.

I’m shocked! Josh descended from his throne to visit the parks- even if only for a video. Gone are the days of Eisner strolling through the parks at night.
