You got skills dude.

Thank you! Would have been 10 times better were I on someone's payroll to do it, but alas.

I knew it could be done. So much better! This is the AA figure that 5 years olds will be expecting when visiting her starring attraction. That looks like Tiana. No question.

From a merchandising standpoint, Do you think they'll be selling Tiana's non-princess outfits?

I really don't think the AA is gonna cause much confusion when you're on the ride - she has a new costume, but she'll still sound like Tiana, and it's not like people will be expecting to encounter somebody else first.

I wouldn't be surprised if Disney sold her new outfit in the exit gift shop.

Still Upset someone ruined our fun by complaining about nonsense.
Might wanna go to this thread, since this is for construction updates. Don't want you to get in trouble

I'm looking forward to how her talking to us is going to work with logs passing by every 15 seconds, it would be neat if there's multiple lines of dialog so each ride isn't identical. Louis will be talking to us in the first scene too.

This is essentially what many Disney attractions with similar guest flow have done including Splash Mountain. Looping or rolling Dialogue.

i'm interested in the test animation and her stance. she's got an open stance and gesturing rapidly and raising her hands above her head. it seems like she has a sense of urgency.
Judging by the casual smile and half-lidded eyes, I doubt she has any urgency.

running a salt mine and Foods factory business can age a person...But yeah, the animatronic is nice but it could be just about anyone...It could be Tiana's half sister....or that nice lady that lives down the road... It just doesn't look like her.... It is a shame they have dragged her so far off-story...
Though, would we recognize a 25 year old Alice if she was not in Wonderland and was now a Bank Teller at the Fidelity Fiduciary Bank? and 40 year old Librarian Belle ?
I agree.
It just goes with the very weird, and very poor choice of Disney abandoning the film as source material for the ride.
Wouldn't little girls prefer Tiana to look like Tiana, and not some middle aged business woman version of Tiana?

Exactly, looping figure with...

"Come on down, you know, dreams come true in N'oleans."

"we're goin down to the Bayou"

"Time to take you all the way down...to the bayou where you are invited to our celebration!
" We are missing an ingredient for the Gumbo...you go to the Bayou and find it while I do Payroll and product distribution spreadsheets"

"Wish I could join you, but I have a mess of Employee Intake forms and some HR issues to deal with! Have Fun!"

"Our Market penetration was not what we were hoping this quarter! Take this crate of Tiana Sauce to central distribution, and don't get lost in the bayou~"

Your photoshop still doesn't look like Tiana from the movie to me.

As I said, though, the costume and especially the hair probably has a significant effect.

Also, I'm not especially concerned. People are still going to know it's Tiana regardless of how accurate it is (which is subjective anyways).
I can't even see the difference in the two images on my little chromebook.
