Let's hope so. We have all seen things announced then cutbacks made after, lessening the experience.
TWDC can spend hundreds of millions of dollars on movies that lose money, that no one remembers a year later.
Let's hope they don't cheap out on this, a thing that will be around for decades that folks experience over and over.

Anyways so how are we feeling about the scent of fresh beignets being pumped in the queue of Tiana's Bayou Adventure
C̶o̶m̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶l̶a̶t̶e̶ ̶2̶0̶2̶4̶ ? I personally think it's going to be a cute detail that will help set the scene before getting on the ride! If I'm not mistaken, I also believe it's the first time Disney has did this for a ride queue!

I remember reading in some backstage PR piece that Disney had been replacing plants around the resort with drought tolerant varieties- and cited Splash Mountain as an example.
I'd bet there's not a fan on earth who noticed them changing the plants to drought resistant varieties.
Everyone notices astro turf.
Whatever happened to Disneyland's world class horticulture department?

Get those guys to work! But bring back the real grass to the Mickey floral. That has to be grass IMO.

Agreed! And the Storybookland floral. And the hub.
What's mind boggling about the astro turf is that they put it in some really small planters in Fantasyland (the Pinocchio queue comes to mind), and in really small strips in the hub- where they could have just done some nice ground covering or shrubs or something.
It's lazy and lacks inspiration.
And it's not authentic, which is Disney's #1 priority right now if Tiana's advertising is any indication.

If this means what I think it means… finally some good news. Swamp Boys better be sticking around and Brer Frog on the alligator. Among others.
