Ohh. My badThis was already posted on Page 242.
There was so much water in the Splash Mountain log yesterday that my moms cousin refused to step in the log. It had to have been at least 3-4 inches deep. I had already got in and got back out when I realized she wasn’t going to step inside. My favorite part was the CM was so adamant that she had to step inside that particular log (even though she requested to wait for the next one) and said something along the lines of “it’s a water ride people.” As if we re not annual pass holders that don’t know something is wrong and that our shoes should not be submerged in water. Not sure what is going on but I don’t remember this ever happening pre pandemic. Anyway, we waited for the next log that was in normal condition.
Good thing I'm making a point to have ziplocks and plastic bags this time.Oh man, how much longer til Disneyland has its own log sinking incident.
For both parks?Heard from insiders tonight: It's off due to Space being remade in Tokyo and the upcoming Tommorowland remake in California.

I personally don’t give credit to anything until it’s announced by Disney. I also don’t 100% believe a new attraction is coming until it’s built/construction starts. Is there any actual evidence that a DL Tomorrowland redo, or are people just going off because Tokyo's redoing their Space Mountain...which DL already did almost 20 years ago...?
That’s the exact question that came to my mind as well. What do Tokyo’s projects have to do with us?Why would what OLC is doing cause the cancellation of a stateside project when Disney isn't even the one paying for construction?

This might go back to the rumor that TDL doesn't want to change Splash, so as they are putting money elsewhere, I'm guessing stateside is just giving up as Tokyo won't split costs for it then. That’s the exact question that came to my mind as well. What do Tokyo’s projects have to do with us?
