I always tip my hat, say 'see you next year, turn around, and walk out under the train station, not looking back. Every trip must end that way for me.I do the same thing and make it a point to not look back. Heck, I even say "bye".
And most of us feel exactly the same way. But a little lighthearted humor never hurt anything, and we can still poke fun of minor frustrations yet appreciate the positives...all at the same time.To the folks who whine about FP+, tour groups, paying for soda, Mine Coaster construction time, any attraction that's gone, MagicBands or keeping up with Universal: I hope you've read these and take them to heart. Disney must be doing something right to get these kind of response from seemingly lucid adults. For Crissakes- enjoy it!
Ok- I'm sitting here tearing up reading some of your posts!
1. I have several spots in Wishes that make me cry...
- The spoken part in the very beginning - i.e. When stars are born...
- The portion with the BatB music
- The Go the Distance part
- And pretty much everything from the Blue Fairy until the end
2. I grew up with MSEP, so I often tear up right as the lights go out
3. It doesn't happen every trip, but I will tear up sometimes upon making that turn onto MSUSA and seeing the castle for the first time that trip
4. Big Blue World in Finding Nemo often makes me cry
5. Flying over London in Peter Pan
6. I say good-bye at the end of every trip. Doing this varies each trip, but there are always a few tears.
7. I usually get a bit misty seeing dressed up little girls coming out of or going into places like BBB, CRT, etc. I can't help but think about how special those places have been to my kids and know that the child I'm seeing is probably experiencing the most magical part of their trip.
8. Golden Dream...but part of this is because I also got to sing it in a choral event back when I was in high school.
9. Strange, but when they sing Under the Sea during Little Mermaid in DHS- yeah, I'm in tears
10. When I see Steamboat Willie at the end of Fantasmic!
Bonus...any time we're there and happen to hear any of the old music. The Listen to the Land once sent me into a flood of tears on DME.
The music in Space's tunnel, seeing SSE, an empty WS after Illuminations,
And Golden Dreams in the AA.

I may be in the minority, but certain things at Disney just make me burst out in tears. My emotions are on a full on roller coaster in the world, and my happiness always gets the best of me! What are some things that make you cry, or am I alone in this insanity?
1. Big Blue World song from Finding Nemo Musical in AK
2. Lion King- ahhhhhhhh saaaaaa vennnnnnnnna kali lee si mi nooooooo
3. Seeing the castle
4. Wishes Peter Pan part when they say "I wish we'd never have to grow up, off to neverland!"
5. The magical express tag on my door to take me home!
What are yours??
If this concludes your visit to the Walt Disney World resort, we hope you had a wonderful time and will return home safely.
Continuing the b#ll#cks, I see....Reading this passage forced me to go back in time. I was sitting on a bench in the World Showcase area while my faithful man servent Perkins was fanning my visage with a newly purchased beach towel when I noticed a series of small children crying. Out of interest to the flowing tears of youth, I demanded my faithful man servent Perkins to find the cause of such wasteful bodily fluids. My faithful man servent Perkins was dressed in a stylish cornflower blue silken shirt so I felt he was pleasant to the eye for such a task but before long he returned with a cryptic deduction to relay to me. My faithful man servent Perkins explained the reason for the intense waterworks was just because the children were tired. While I personally pondered such a simple solution, one lone tear ran across my cheek. Why I allowed such a thing to flow from my tear duct I know not, the only thing running through my thoughts at the time was baby birds being scrubbed with Ivory soap.
