Things that drive you crazy

I hate to bring this up, but the things that really drives me crazy are all the people on the handicap scooters almost running me down because they are going so fast. I do not mind those that really need them using them to get around, but slow down and move with the flow of people. Also I think there are a lot of really not handicapped people rent these at Walt Disney World and really do not have a lot of experience driving them.

Huge strollers parked in the isles in stores and shops with people trying to get around them and the parents oblivious that their holding things up. Leave them outside the store.

10 year olds being pushed in strollers. Strollers not being folded up on the monorail.

ECVs being driven with kids riding along.
ECVs that come right at you expecting YOU to get out of the way.

Line jumpers...Excuse me, we need to catch up to our group. Yeah sure!

Waiting for the parade to begin in a couple minutes and a guy comes along and directs his two kids in front of you. (Been sitting here for over an hour) No!!!!!

Parents letting their toddler practice walking in a que line, leaving huge gaps and holding folks up. Pay attention!!

People stopping in the middle of walkways. It really annoys me. Move over to the side.

As far as pictures of characters with other people in them. Not a big deal, believe me, your kid is not the focus of the picture, its the character. Some people simply dont want to wait 30 minutes to get a picture of goofy, and they shouldnt have to, if they dont mind the picture not being perfect.

It bothers me when people get pushy behind you in line too. LIke if there is a 5 foot gap they want you to move all the way up to the next person. You will still get on the ride at the same time. Chill out.

We always give up our seats and have DD sit on our laps if we're sitting and it's crowded. I don't recall specifically being raised that way; I mostly do it to be nice.

My pet peeves:
People standing too close to me in line, personal space still applies at WDW!
Littering - can you really not hold onto your trash for 1 more minute until you pass a trash can
Lack of parental supervision - I watch my kid, why can't you watch yours
CMs moving my stroller!! I get the reasoning, but sometimes it takes a while to find it

About the pictures of others kids, I rarely now have a character pic without my kid in it, but I do my best to get the characters in between people cause no offense, but if I don't know you I don't really want a picture of you. A couple of years ago DD and myself were in the line for Snow White and grandpa was waiting to take the pic near the Photopass guy. When it was finally our turn (man that line is so long) grandpa starts snapping pics and the character handler asked him to please not take pictures of other people's children. So I explained to her that he was in fact with us and in the mean time the Photopass guy gave our Photopass to another family! Of course the other people were long gone by the time we realized we hadn't gotten the Photopass back.

There is no good answer to this dilemma , is there?
You could shield your children's faces, like Michael Jackson did, lol.

I've tried to snap pics of characters without other people's kids in them...not because I think there is anything wrong with having randoms in pictures, but because I don't want them in my pics. It's hard. I generally ended up with randoms in the pics.

Nowadays, most people can just edit the random kids out of the pics. Not me, of course, but people with technical knowledge. I can't even get an avatar.

That is just silly. I am debating whether or not to bring one in December for my 3 year old. The only reason I am considering it is because it might be a good place for a nap. Otherwise, he is walking.

Had this happen to us on our 1st or 2nd trip, can't remember which trip it was right now. We scouted out a good spot along Main Street about an hour before SpectroMagic and sat the kids down in front of us on the curb. Just as the parade is approaching us, a man and his wife and 2 kids come and step out in front of us and proceed to stand there for the duration of the parade. He could have at least asked if it would have been okay for his children to maybe sit next to my kids on the curb, but no...he has to push them in front of my kids on the curb (the people who walk along the road while the parade is going on kept telling them to get off of the street, but to no avail) and then go ahead and push his and his wife's way in front of us so that our view was obstructed for most of the parade. Some people can be SO rude!!!

But if you take pictures that have other people kids in them you run the risk of being booted out of the park or even worse... arrested and sued.
