Love that storyA dish from my childhood called Badger Scallops named so because the woman that made it for my parents lived on Badger street when they lived in Florida in the early 70's. Essentially its Scallops, mushroom and onion in a heavy lemon sauce and served over rice. The creator served it with collard greens so we always have them on the side. So good and so simple!
