Made a little dish I call Artichoke Chicken Pasta. Been making it for years and think I may have perfected it. Also fried up some yellow squash, toasted up a french loaf and had my usual side salad.

For dinner we made barramundi fish filets topped with sauteed tomato, onion, kalamata olives and fresh scallion and parsley.
