Had a lull in construction today so I was able to whip up a good meal. Made a curry with Chicken, bell pepper, carrots, onion, peas and potatoes served over rice. It was delicious!

I love Cabbage Rolls, I make mine with ground turkey and serve them with Garlic and Cream Cheese Mash Potatoes (Disney's recipe of course).
