Then, later I put some chicken on the smoker. Three hours at 210 degrees with apple wood for smoke resulted in some of the most moist, juicy and tasty chicken I have made in awhile. At the end of the smoke, I cranked up the heat and added some bbq sauce I made up on the spot, and it was good. Sweet Baby Ray's mixed with applesauce and apple cider vinegar.
Served with mixed veggies, mac and cheese and sliced tomatoes.

I would love some baked mac and cheese with stewed tomatoes
