Been out of town and have not posted anything here lately. So today was classic steak and potatoes with a salad.

We went to Savannah for a couple of days then a week at Hilton Head Island. Did not eat out much but did get my favorite take out in Savannah. This is called Oliver's Lunch at a little place called Zunzi's in the historic district. It has mashed potatoes topped with marinated chicken and smoked sausage, served with grilled veggies and bread. As you can tell by the photo, I top it with a couple of different Zunzi's sauces that really add to the flavor. Might have got a little carried away with the sauces this time, but still way tasty.

Tonight my wife used ground turkey in a taco salad style dinner. We added tortilla chips after I took the photo

The Broccoli & Cheese are ok though a little mushy so if you cook them in the oven be sure to leave them in a little longer. (I turned off the oven and let them sit in the residual heat for a few extra minutes)
