Made my sweetie a nice birthday dinner tonight.

Hanger Steak with Shallot Sauce, spinach sauteed in Kerrygold butter, and linguine with Trader Joes aglio olio seasoning.



Steak is so delicious, I must share the easy recipe with you!

Annual Thanksgiving family reunion/gathering/feast on Carolyn’s (DWifey) mother’s side of the family, from 2019…!!!
The last pic is my plate of smoked sausage, smoked pork rib, honey ham, stuffing/dressing, tamale, a deviled egg, mashed potatoes, cheesy potato casserole, turkey and meatballs…the sausage is under the pork rib and the stuffing/dressing is under the tamale…!!!!!
