Do you also eat shrimp (perhaps not with the same degree of love), or does C "shrimp" alone, like me? My honey had the leftover chicken parm when I made that shrimp dish.

Office October birthdays make your own burgers treat back in 2019 (6 of the 32 of us had birthdays in October)…!!!
A toasted bun with beef patty, cheese slice, onion, tomato, and queso, along with fries and queso…!!!!!

I saw that recipe, and we’ll, hopefully, try it soon…!!!!!
And yes, l love shrimp too, but it’s, by far, her favorite seafood.
I’m a surf and turf guy, and a much more adventurous eater, and have yet to meet a shrimp I didn’t like…!!!!!
I’ve eaten so many things over the years that Carolyn wouldn’t touch with a 10-foot pole…
Squirrel, rabbit, armadillo, rattlesnake, sushi, oysters, calamari, eel, escargot, etc., and the list goes on, but she can eat the heck outta’ her beloved shrimp…!!!!!

On Sunday we made corned beef and cabbage, Irish soda bread for the friends and family and Chicken with a mushroom sauce, Cabbage, carrots and potatoes for myself. It was a wonderful St Patties Day feast!
