Homemade Teriyaki glazed salmon that I dried rubbed in Furikake and served over grilled Bok choy, mushroom couscous, pressure cooker carrots and a salad with a peanut dressing. So yummy!

Here’s my delicious mushroom ravioli with sage brown butter sauce. I made the sauce, but the ravioli is Giovanni Rana from the supermarket refrigerated case. I tried Trader Joe’s mushroom ravioli and it tasted like plastic so I didn’t have high hopes for this one, but It’s pretty darn good.
