Apparently when it snows, I like to make soup or its the other way around and the weather is spying on me.

Tried a new recipe: Loaded Baked Potato Soup

I served it with Kings Hawaiian rolls and cooked up some broccoli if anyone wanted to add it to their bowl/cup.

Combo birthday celebration for our oldest DD and my youngest bro at Mom and Pop’s home, in July of 2019…she turned 28, he turned 52…!!!

My Shiner Bock, veggies with onion dip and humus, and chips and queso to start…!!!!!



Shells n’ cheese and vegan brats (the vegan brats are actually really delicious)…!!!!!



Burger patties from the outdoor grill, and serve yourself…!!!!!

The ones from Whataburger are actually really very darn good…!!!!!
Back in the day, I used to be able to eat the melt and rings in one sitting, easily. I just can’t eat like that anymore.
Between the two juicy patties, two slices of cheese, caramelized onions and creamy pepper sauce, it’s just sooo rich. I eat about half the melt and rings, these days, so get two meals out of that order, though…!!!!!
Find that recipe…it’ll definitely up your game with your fiancé…!!!

That looks tasty. Oddly enough, I've never had a grilled ham and cheese sandwich (only had grilled cheese). Will have to try the ham/cheese grilled at some point.

One day after her 1st birthday, and Emmy’s (oldest granddaughter) first cruise, October 5th, 2019…!!!!!



I can’t remember what the drink below was called, but I tried somethin’ different than my usual “Strong” Island Iced Tea, and it was majorly “boozified”…!!!!!



Then, there was wonderful bread, and my apps of shrimp spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce, shrimp cocktail, and calamari with dipping sauces…!!!!!




Then, my main of fried shrimp with sweet and sour dipping sauce, vegetable fried rice, and a side of steamed broccoli…hey, “Healthy” is my middle name…!!!!!

Then, the next morning for breakfast I had the eggs Benedict with a hash brown patty, pork sausage and watermelon kimchi on the side…this kimchi was sooo delicious it was ridiculous and the perfect accompaniment with eggs…!!!!!
