Tonight's dinner is Beef Stout Pie with corn.

Made another Cobb Salad last night but forgot to take a picture. Tonight we had Mediterranean Lemon Chicken with Near East Mediterranean Curry Cous cous, pita, yellow squash and zucchini. Wish the chicken was a little more seasoned but it still turned out ok.

The spam item looks more delish than the ready made spam musubi I bought in 7-11 type of stores in Honolulu.
